Shawn was raised in Duluth, graduating from Duluth Central High School and the University of Minnesota, Duluth (UMD) where he earned a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Computer Science. He married his high school sweetheart, Dawn, in 1990 and they raised two wonderful children.
I am stepping up and outside of my comfort zone because I believe we can do better. The government under complete Democratic control is hurting both Minnesotans and businesses across the state, pushing them both out of Minnesota.
Shawn is committed to advocating for Duluth citizens for programs and services that will have a positive impact on our community.
