Shawn was raised in Duluth, graduating from Duluth Central High School and the University of Minnesota, Duluth (UMD) where he earned a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Computer Science. He married his high school sweetheart, Dawn, in 1990 and they raised two wonderful children.
Shawn will work and represent everyone in Duluth, finding ways to ensure the people, public safety, education and core services come first when spending our tax dollars.
